In Cardinal Title Group's latest report, 92% of Northern Virginia homes that went under contract were priced at or below list price. Even more notably, 53% went under contract below asking price, up from 34% in the previous report.

For buyers, this could mean more opportunities to negotiate and find the right home at the right price.
