Behind every real estate transaction are real people with real life situations, emotions, stress, and major financial decisions. That’s something I never lose sight of.
I’ve had a few interactions recently that have reminded me just how important professionalism, emotional intelligence, and respectful communication are in this business. When an agent lets ego, poor communication, or unnecessary hostility get in the way, it creates added stress and an unpleasant experience for the clients we are serving.
