Congratulations to our partner, George Milmine, on securing a complete defense verdict following a jury trial in the Superior Court of Bulloch County.

Representing a nationwide costume designer and distributor, George successfully defended against strict product liability claims arising from a 2018 fire that destroyed a costume store. The plaintiffs sought more than $2 million in aggregate damages and were represented by five separate law firms.

Following a four-day trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant on every claim brought by all five plaintiffs after less than 30 minutes of deliberation.

We commend George on this outstanding result and his dedication to achieving successful outcomes for our clients.
