Just a tip for you during this holiday season. If you drink and drive while under the legal limit of .08% you are still liable for DUI charges. If you drink a single beer and commit any crime, including an accidental fender bender or sideswipe a car, you can still be charged. This is called "DUI less safe driver." Please be aware of your surroundings and drink responsibly this holiday season.

I got off the phone with multiple stressed clients this morning. At the end of each phone call, they relayed that they felt better now that they had talked to me.

We deal with people going through very stressful, real life situations everyday. Making them feel better during these times though, is how I, as a legal assistant to an awesome attorney, like to measure my success. I know my coworkers agree.

That's what makes us different.
