Deleting it makes it worse. Every time.

Panic tells you to clear the texts, the photos, the call log. Don't.

Two reasons. First, forensic tools usually recover deleted files anyway — so you didn't actually get rid of anything. Second, the act of deleting becomes its own charge: tampering with evidence, obstruction. Now you're defending two cases instead of one.

And a jury hears "he deleted it" as "he had something to hide," whether that's fair or not.
