Those sweet two words! We’re celebrating a Not Guilty felony verdict that came late last night, which involved overcoming a lot of adversity from an overzealous prosecutor. My client, a working class man from South San Antonio, was wrongfully accused of being in possession of a fraudulent check. We were able to illuminate a lot of evidence the State neglected to investigate and poke holes in the State’s case - which included first handcuffing the wrong guy! Oops! The Jury saw our side of things, and this man again walks freely. A big shout out to Attorney Thomas Tijerina for being the ultimate trial wingman. On to the next one!
