THE OPEN HOUSE PROJECT | A Weekend of Contrasts!

This weekend was a mixed bag!

317 S. Churchill Drive:** Two open houses, Saturday and Sunday, with no visitors.

1346 Castle Pines Circle:** A much different story! Three groups visited on Saturday and another three on Sunday. Visitors showed interest, asked questions, and took time to explore the home.

My Market Takeaway: Every home attracts attention differently, and buyer activity doesn't always translate into offers. Sometimes it takes multiple visits, thoughtful questions, and time before a buyer makes a decision.

That's why I continue to hold open houses. I'm not just opening doors. I'm observing buyer behavior, listening to feedback, and learning what matters to today's buyers.
