Brooke Woodard, Salesperson
Brooke was born and raised in Rutland with passion about the Vermont lifestyle, Brooke brings personal experience to every real estate journey she supports in the surrounding communities.
Before entering real estate, Brooke earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University. Her rigorous academic background allows her to approach real estate transactions with a high level of diligence, organization, and attention to detail, while also understanding the emotional and personal nature of buying or selling a home.
Brooke also spent her youth and early adulthood as a competitive and soccer player, earning national championship honors and playing professionally in Europe. These experiences instilled in her a strong work ethic, resilience, and a competitive yet collaborative mindset, qualities that translate directly into her role as a trusted advocate for her clients.
When she is not in the office, Brooke enjoys coaching youth soccer players, training CrossFit and weight lifting, and spending quality time with her 4 dogs and her 8 siblings.
