Our buyer just closed on this Southside home through HUD’s Good Neighbor Next Door program, which allows eligible teachers, law enforcement officers, firefighters and EMTs to purchase qualifying HUD homes for 50% off the list price. Yes, HALF. 🤯

And this home was an especially great find: newer systems, updated finishes, and solar panels that conveyed free and clear. ☀️

We’re keeping our buyer anonymous because of their profession, but they were happy for us to share their experience.
