I deleted this originally 😅 But I know there’s immense value for the people it’s meant for and my “weirdness” doesn’t take precedence over that. “Fatigue!? Dude tellil me about it (o (o Just know I’m laughing and continuing to do what’s best for clients. I’ll stumble as many times as it takes as long as I can genuinely say it was in earnest.
THAT’S the type of man I was raised to be”

I honestly hate that I felt like I needed to make this because WHY…but if it strikes ONE person who feels the way I feel and they impact their environment in a way that actually results in the needle being moved forward then this was worth it

Stress tolerance, I thought I had a pretty good level of it until I realized I was freaking about every single thing with the real estate process. That anxiety and fear naturally passed and was felt by my clients and it created a lot of high emotional moments that could’ve been avoided. The real estate exam or whatever previous life experience can truly prep you for these scenarios. The skillset of learning how to navigate that terrain can only come from reps, just like everything else in life. Experiential knowledge with always trump theoretical knowledge. That’s because at some point an example is better than an opinion.

I have so much to improve on and I’m so grateful everything in life is lining up to remove all the fluff all the distractions any and everything that’s preventing me from being the type of man God knows I am.

The difference between an advisor and a simple real estate agent comes down to multiple things but how they approach home inspections is a key factor to it! My goal when we’re in the home inspection period isn’t just to get passed so I can get paid. It’s to ensure 3 weeks, 3 months, and 3 years you’re just as excited about your home because of the level of service that was delivered to you.
