You guys! It is a crime that this house isn’t sold yet! It is such an amazing property! If you are looking for space and desert views for days that will never be taken away from you, with a blank slate in your backyard to turn it into whatever your heart desires… This property is everything! So much pride of ownership, and a pretty perfect inspection report, you can’t beat it, especially with this new price!

I actually got this one under contract about a week and a half ago. But in this market, I was a little nervous to post about it! With all the cancellations we’ve been seeing… but we are through the inspection and moving ahead with minimal repair request! This house was already drop dead gorgeous and we made a few little tweaks with paint, lighting, and staging and it changed the game for how this vacant home showed!! This house is so cozy I just wanted to sit down with a blanket and stay a while the night I took this video!!! It just felt so homey! ☺️ And that is always my goal when Listing a home. Yes… I posted that this one was under contract a while back. And it was! For two days until they canceled for no good reason without even doing an inspection. 😐 And then it sat and sat and we were freaking out! So we lowered the price from $775 to $759 and then ended up getting three offers in three days and got it under contract above list! 😁🙌🏼 What on earth is going on in this crazy market? Sometimes the buyers just need to see a little bit of movement in the price before they get off the fence! But before this happened an agent who does not know the market on this side of town tried to tell me that the house was only worth $675,000… 🙄😑His Buyers really liked this house, but he lost it for them because he was unwilling to even look at the difference between “comparable” properties that had not been maintained, and a house like this that has been unbelievably well maintained over the years! They do not comp the same!!!
