Title IX victory during a Summer hearing! When a student reported threats and stalking conduct by an ex, they were shocked when the ex made a false allegation of r**e. Worse, the college made the true victim face a hearing on the r**e allegation before being allowed to move forward with the stalking complaint. Justice prevailed and the r**e allegations were found not to be credible. Now the student is free to present the (videotaped!) evidence of the domestic abuse they have been suffering on campus.
