Happy Monday! Let's talk about growth. We're always told that growing means you're successful, so you need to scale and hire. However, as a founder, expanding often means passing off the work you love doing in exchange for management smaller profit margins. We're here to tell you that if you aren't growing, that's okay! Last week, Lindy and Nicole attended Fresh!, Portland State University's Graphic Design Senior Portfolio Show.

One of the highlights was getting to see our former Brand Designer, Quinn Richards, in her element at Volumes Design Library. The library hosted the show, and Quinn played a huge role in bringing the space to life.

The event was also a reminder of how connected Portland's creative community is. Nicole has spent years working with PSU design professors to teach students about trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property so they can better understand and protect their creative work.

Congratulations to all of the graduating designers. We're grateful to be part of a community that invests in creativity, education, and the people behind the work.
