Earlier this month, partner Iván Resendiz Gutierrez & associate Souvanny Miller participated in the International Association of Defense Counsel's (IADC) 50th Annual Trial Academy at Stanford Law School. The Trial Academy is one of the oldest and most respected programs for developing defense trial advocacy skills. As two of almost 90 students selected to attend, Iván & Souvanny were able to practice the fundamentals and refine their techniques and tactics to take their trial skills to the next level.

Welcome, Radhika! Radhika Shah has joined the firm’s construction and insurance recovery team, based in our Portland office.

Radhika supports general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and public and private owners and developers throughout the . Her experience includes guiding clients through contract negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, and—when in the best interests of clients—representing clients before state, federal, and local agencies.
