Mr. Bunnell recently received recognition with the Judicial Edition of his 2016 AV Preeminent rating on the heels of settling a federal claim for a woman that was injured at work, required multiple cervical surgeries, and was unable to return to her customary work on the waterfront. The value of the settlement, in both past and future benefits, was over $1.5 million.
