What happens when your business partner quietly starts a competing company, calls “your” customers, and uses your own information to pull work away from you?

Unfortunately, this “rogue partner” situation is something our business attorneys see across many industries. By the time the other owners realize what’s happening, a lot of damage has already been done.

One of the best ways to protect your company is to build real safeguards into your Operating Agreement from the start.

MBM Law’s latest article, “When Your Business Partner Goes Rogue: How to Protect Your Company,” explains what legal options exist if a partner has already crossed the line.
