Some lawyers are known for large mahogany desks, working long hours, preparing elaborate billing statements, and giving complicated “it depends” answers. In contrast, the lawyers at B&A focus on collaboration, flexibility, and innovation. For instance, at B&A, litigation matters begin with an easy-to-follow case road-map and a sensible budget. Business deals start with attorney-client collaboration geared towards attaining goals and planning for possible pitfalls. Most importantly, the scope and expertise required on any given matter will dictate the rate charged for service. In that way, rates are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and uniquely targeted to our clients’ legal needs.
B&A is woman-owned and woman-managed, and through this leadership structure works to enhance equality and create meaningful opportunities for inclusion and advancement of female and diverse attorneys. In addition to employing, mentoring and supporting women and diverse attorneys, B&A endeavors to work with other women and minority-owned businesses as its outside vendors.
