ACT NOW to Protect Essential Care for Children with Disabilities!
House Bill 2945 would significantly reduce the support families receive through the Parents as Paid Caregivers Program, cutting allowed care from 40 to just 20 hours per week.

For many families raising children with developmental disabilities, this change could make it harder to access the care their children need to thrive. The bill also creates more barriers by requiring legislative approval before Arizona can request or adjust important Medicaid waivers—delays that could hurt families who are already doing their best to navigate complex systems.
