The Rothenberg Law Firm has always been deeply committed to ensuring public safety. We've seen firsthand the devastating impact of nighttime pedestrian accidents, which inspired us to launch our Pedestrian Safety Reflector Initiative over a decade ago. This initiative aims to equip residents of New Jersey and beyond with lifesaving reflective belts, ensuring they are visible and safe at night.

This summer, Allen L. Rothenberg, Esq., Beth Rothenberg Halperin Esquire, and our team had the pleasure of participating in Lakewood’s Annual Night Out Against Crime. We distributed thousands of free reflective belts and engaged with the community about their importance. We also presented an award to the Lakewood Police Department for their outstanding service and commitment to preventing and responding to serious accidents.

We are proud to join forces with numerous law enforcement and public safety agencies in Ocean County, including the police, fire departments, EMS, and others, to distribute these high-quality, long-lasting reflective belts free of charge. During the event, we discussed additional ways to make these lifesaving reflectors available and received praise for our efforts from various officials, including Mayor Raymond Coles and representatives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office and Sheriff’s Office.
