Serious injury cases are not just business for us – they’re personal. When we take on a new client, we adopt them as part of our family, and we fight for them in every way possible. That has been our motivating force in capturing hundreds of millions of dollars for clients we have represented during the past 40-plus years. It is also the reason we aspire to be the best personal injury firm in the

country. When we adopt a client, we aggressively and promptly investigate the facts of their case. We also master the law and the medical science applicable to every injury suffered by a client and every member of the client’s family. We roundtable ideas, challenge each other’s legal arguments, and prepare our clients and our witnesses for every critical juncture in the case and in the courtroom. We work with only the most highly regarded medical experts, medical illustrators, private investigators, and other experts, preparing every case to go to trial if necessary to vindicate our clients’ rights. To make things easier for injured clients and their families, we offer free initial consultations and dedicate ourselves to making sure that every call is answered or returned. Our firm is not a “mill” that takes on a volume of cases to settle whatever we can at minimal effort and expense. If we take on a case, it is because we believe in it, and we invest the necessary effort and expense to seek justice for every injured client. We will also recommend family counselors, advisers and other experts necessary to make our clients as whole as possible after a significant injury. We see ourselves as more than legal advocates – we are here to guide our clients through some of the darkest days of their lives. We also want to help injury victims and prevent future injuries, so we give a generous portion of the income we receive to charitable organizations, especially those dedicated to preventing and treating injuries, as well as providing other physical and mental health services. If you want a personal injury firm with a national reputation that has worked with lawyers and clients around the country in cases involving medical malpractice, construction accidents, defective drugs and medical devices, vehicle accidents, and other matters, call us at (800)-624-8888 and check out our Website at www.injurylawyer.com . We have offices in several locations in the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

“I almost died and only got $10,000.”

How does that happen?

Sometimes the injury isn’t the problem. The insurance coverage is.

If the driver who caused the crash only has minimal coverage, there may not be much money available unless you have uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage of your own.

That’s why the insurance you buy for yourself can matter just as much as the other driver’s.

A driverless car gets stuck driving in circles.

Funny to watch. Not so funny if something goes wrong.

When there’s no driver behind the wheel, who’s responsible when the technology fails?

It’s a brand-new area of injury law, and we’re only beginning to see the questions it raises.

Protecting the neighborhood.

Rothenberg Reacts.

Crazy to watch. Not surprising.

When something that big goes wrong, the consequences are enormous. That’s why truck drivers need to be paying attention every second they’re behind the wheel.

If you can give a truck extra space, do it.

Protecting the neighborhood.

Ask a Lawyer.

You slip on a spilled drink at a bar and get hurt. Do you have a case?

Maybe.

If the spill happened 30 seconds ago, probably not. But if it sat there for an hour and nobody cleaned it up, that’s a different story.

The question is simple: did they know about it, and did they have time to fix it?

Your Uber driver is already looking for their next passenger.

That’s a distraction.

And distraction behind the wheel can have serious consequences.

Rothenberg Reacts.

A truck can’t stop… and suddenly it’s a 100-car pileup.

That’s not as rare as people think.

In one trucking case, a company knew a truck was leaking diesel fuel onto wet roads and still sent the driver back out to finish the delivery.

Another car lost control. Five people died.

Sometimes the danger isn’t just the driver. It’s the company behind them.

Protecting the neighborhood.

LawMark: Why is this the most important building in America?

You may know Independence Hall from movies like Rocky II and National Treasure.

But its real significance is much bigger.

This is where the Declaration of Independence was signed and where the Constitutional Convention took place.

The rights and laws that protect Americans today all trace back to this building.

As our country marks 250 years, it’s worth remembering where it all began.

LawMark: This building changed worker safety laws in America forever.

In 1911, 146 garment workers were killed in the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire after being trapped inside the building.

At the time, families had very few legal options to recover compensation after workplace deaths.

The tragedy sparked major changes to workplace safety regulations and workers’ compensation laws across New York.

Many of the protections workers depend on today exist because of what happened here.

LawMark: This site changed workplace safety laws forever.

In 1911, 146 workers died in the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire after becoming trapped inside the building.

Before that tragedy, families had very limited ways to recover compensation after workplace deaths.

The disaster helped reshape workplace safety laws and workers’ compensation in New York.

Many of the protections workers rely on today came after what happened at this very building.

Case In Point.

An airbag meant to save a life… turned into a bomb.

Takata Corporation used a cheaper chemical to inflate airbags faster. But when the inflator ruptured, shrapnel could blast through the airbag and into the driver.

The worst part?

They allegedly knew about the danger for years.

Hundreds of millions of airbags were eventually recalled.

That’s why investigations matter after a crash.
