On Nov 4, we get to decide the future of PA’s Supreme Court.

In 2015, the citizens of Pennsylvania elected three Supreme Court Justices - Justice Christine Donohue, Justice Kevin Dougherty, and Justice David Wecht.

Every ten years, Justices must run for “retention.” A retention election is not partisan and does not involve an opposing candidate. Voters are simply asked to vote “YES” or “NO” to giving the Justice another term on the Supreme Court.

For the past 10 years, Justices Donohue, Dougherty, and Wecht have served the citizens of Pennsylvania with honor, integrity, and a devotion to all Constitutional freedoms, rights, and liberties. They are independent, impartial, and non-political. They each come from working class families and have consistently defended workers’ rights, voting rights, and access to justice through the courts.

The Pennsylvania Bar Association, a non-partisan legal organization, has given all three Justices its highest evaluation of “Recommended” for retention.

November 4, 2025 is Election Day and these three Supreme Court Justices will be on the ballot.

Please consider voting “YES” for the retention of Justice Donohue, Justice Dougherty, and Justice Wecht as Justices on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
