Two students used AI to generate more than 50 deepfake images of female classmates at Lancaster Country Day School. The school had a chance and a duty to prevent this nightmare. These were high-achieving, college-bound young women who are now “struggling just to get through.”

Alongside Sherrell Dandy, I represent the family of 3-year-old Hope Jones. The federal complaint asserts that medical providers at Philadelphia FIGHT failed to recognize signs of neglect from malnutrition and starvation and did not act on repeated indicators of harm.

Accountability in these circumstances is imperative.
