Last week a Philadelphia jury found Mr. Montroy’s client NOT GUILTY of Corruption/Racketeering and Drug Distribution charges. After hearing all the evidence and listening to closing arguments by Mr. Montroy the jurors agreed that the Attorney General’s office prosecuting the case did not meet their burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Jury finds Mr. Montroy’s client NOT GUILTY in triple homicide. He successfully defended his client throughout a 2 week, five-codefendant trial where the jury found his client the only defendant not guilty amongst the five defendants.

Motion granted under Pennsylvania Criminal Procedure Rule 600a resulting in the dismissal of serious sexual assault charges. Commonwealth today deemed not to appeal that decision affirming the finality of this matter.

Philadelphia Courts except for emergency matters. Our office hours will have to be suspended by order of the city. Please contact our office by phone or email.

Philadelphia ordered all non-essential businesses to shut down by 5 p.m. on Monday and will halt all non-essential government operations on Tuesday, in the city’s most aggressive steps yet to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
