What's actually buzzing in mass torts right now?

Which litigations are people watching?
Where is the industry moving?
What are firms seeing that everyone else should be paying attention to?

Some of the most valuable intelligence at MTMP doesn't come from a stage. It comes from conversations in the hallways, over dinner, between sessions and among the people actually doing the work.

That's part of the thinking behind The Hive.

If you're going to MTMP, find me. I want your pulse on the industry—and I want to show you what we're building.

Something has been buzzing behind the scenes.

At MTMP, I want to start talking about The Hive, a concept we're building around something this industry has always depended on: connection.

The right people. The right information. The right conversations. And a better understanding of what's actually happening across the mass-tort landscape.

I'll be in Vegas October 12–15.

If you see me buzzing around MTMP, come find me and ask me about The Hive.

When you see a child who can't put the phone down, that's not a failure at home. It's a product doing exactly what it was built to do.

I've spent over 30 years going after companies that put profit ahead of people. This is the same fight. It just looks different because it's happening in your living room instead of a courtroom.

Send a direct message if this is something you want to talk about.

I'm looking forward to swapping the courtroom for the fairway at The Meadow Golf Tour, sponsored by Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa! Join us on October 12, 2026, for a great day on the course with colleagues from the legal community. 🏌️‍♂️ It's going to be first-class company, and my golf game may even get a little work, too!

Legacy isn’t built in a single moment. It’s built in how you continue to show up.

This week meant standing alongside peers I deeply respect, being recognized by Florida Justice Association and giving back to a community I’m proud to be part of.

Those moments matter, but the work doesn’t stop there. The cases still deserve your full attention. The people who trust you still deserve your best. And the responsibility to show up for your profession, your community, and the people around you never really stops.

That unwavering commitment is what this has always been about.

Keep showing up. Keep doing the work. That’s how legacy is built.

Children are being bombarded with algorithms built to make them need more, and more, and more. Over time, that changes their behavior and how their brains work.

That's not a parenting problem. That's a design problem, and it's dangerous enough that it's already becoming the subject of serious litigation across this country.

If you have concerns about what this is doing to your child, contact us today.

What began as a conversation about how we could do more for Pensacola's kids became something we can now walk into and watch this community fill with life.

Seeing the Rafferty Center open its doors alongside our friends at SYSA is a moment Ashley and I will never forget. Today isn't the finish line. It's the beginning.

The programs inside these walls, practices, tutoring, mentoring, still need support to keep growing. If you'd like to help the kids who'll come through these doors, you can donate here: https://scan.qrblooms.com/tag/87e89ac4-2d40-451f-b19a-f29df35a9772.

Thank you to everyone who believed in this project and helped bring it to life.

Tomorrow, we will open the doors.

Years of dreaming, planning, and believing come down to one ribbon cutting on September 29, and Pensacola, I couldn't be more ready to share this moment with you.

The Rafferty Center is here. A place built for our kids, to play, to learn, to be mentored, to be supported, to dream bigger than they thought they could.

Ashley, SYSA, and every single person who helped build this, thank you. Tomorrow belongs to Pensacola's kids.

One of my favorite Pensacola traditions is back.

I've been involved with Soul Bowl and SYSA for years, and every year I'm reminded why this event matters so much.

Yes, there's football and plenty of bragging rights but Soul Bowl has always been bigger than what happens on the field. It's families, coaches, mentors, neighbors and generations of Pensacola coming together around our kids.

Saturday, October 3, we're doing it again at Blue Wahoos Stadium.

The Rafferty Center was never about putting my name on a building.

It was about creating a place where a child can walk through the doors and find opportunity waiting on the other side.

Sports. Education. Mentorship. After-school programs. Coaches and community leaders who care enough to show up.

SYSA has been doing that work in Pensacola for decades. The Rafferty Center gives them more room to do it - and more room for our kids to grow.

We have waited a long time for this day.

September 29, we cut the ribbon. I hope Pensacola comes out to celebrate with us.
