After traveling this summer I was reminded I do, in fact, need to get a REAL ID.

But in the meantime, this feels pretty comprehensive: name, occupation, location, work history, community ties, client reviews… AI really came prepared.

And if you need an attorney for a real estate closing, estate plan, or civil matter, maybe this is your sign to skip the AI search and just call me. 📲

Nothing means more to us than hearing from clients after the closing papers are signed and the estate plans are complete.

Whether you’re buying or selling a home, planning for your family’s future, or navigating a more complicated situation, the goal is always the same: make the legal side feel clear, responsive and a whole lot less overwhelming.

Grateful for every client who trusts Daleiden Law — and especially those who take the time to share their experience. ⭐️

I’ve been seeing more “For Sale By Owner” signs popping up around my neighborhood lately, so let’s talk about it.

I completely understand the appeal—saving on commission, staying in control, keeping things simple. But from my side of the table as a real estate attorney, I also see where things tend to get more complicated than expected.

There are a few patterns that come up again and again—especially once you’re under contract.

Swipe through for the biggest pitfalls I see.

If you’re considering FSBO, have a real estate attorney involved before you list.

And if you decide to work with an agent, I’m always happy to connect you with trusted realtors.
