It was wonderful hearing exciting updates from Dean Klaas and Dean Truman, supporting student scholarships, and spending quality time together as a team. Events like this remind us how important community connection really is.

We recently hosted a leasing seminar for our on-site teams at Prism Real Estate Services LLC, and it was a huge success—thanks especially to our corporate trainer, Crystal Overton, who handled everything from start to finish. We were also lucky to have Michelle Molinaro join us as a guest speaker, sharing over 30 years of industry insight.

The session covered key topics like team building, touring etiquette, understanding the competition, closing techniques, and handling objections. It was great to see so much energy and engagement from everyone!
