Palma primarily focuses his practice in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estates, Probate and Asset Protection. In addition to his BA and JD, Mr. Palma holds an LL.M (Master of Laws) in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law Heckerling Graduate Program. Unfortunately, disputes sometimes arise during probate and trust administration. Palma is fully prepared to advise in all areas of probate and trust litigation, including: will contests; trusts contests; claims of undue influence; claims of lack of capacity; probate accountings; trust accountings; actions brought against personal representatives; actions brought against trustees; federal and state tax litigation, including tax appropriation issues; and creditor claim actions. In addition to his profession as a lawyer, he is a member of the board of directors for Dave's House, Inc., a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals with mental illness.
