A HUGE congratulations is in order for our team member, Kristine Trail, on passing the Florida Bar! 🎉⚖️

Kristine has been an incredible part of our team and we are excited to see her step into this next chapter of her career. Today she officially becomes the newest attorney at the Law Offices of Al Nicoletti!

It’s an incredible opportunity to reconnect with so many familiar faces, meet new people, and hear about everything happening across the real estate industry.

One of my favorite parts is seeing all the collaboration, new ideas, and exciting things everyone is working on throughout Florida.

I’m also incredibly appreciative that I get to bring my team along so we can meet everyone, build relationships, and have some great conversations together.

Had a great time speaking at the Women’s Council of Realtors this afternoon! Thank you to everyone who came out for a lively and engaging discussion.

I always enjoy seeing real estate professionals who are genuinely interested in learning about probate and how to better navigate these transactions for their clients. The questions, discussion, and interaction made for a fantastic session.

Just wrapped up an incredible weekend in Orlando at the Curative Title Conference!  Logan Fullmer and his entire team put together an unforgettable experience! I was blown away by the level of knowledge, participation, collaboration, and genuine willingness to help one another succeed.

I was honored to speak on what I believe is one of the biggest blue ocean opportunities in real estate today: Probate and Curative Title in Florida. The opportunities ahead are enormous for those willing to learn, collaborate, and take action.
