Myrtle Beach, South Carolina just landed in the TOP 3 beach towns in the U.S. to buy a home before prices soar according to Travel + Leisure

Being born and raised in Myrtle Beach, and now having the privilege of helping others call it home, I can’t tell you how much I love seeing headlines like this!

It’s great to see the rest of the country discover what so many of us have known for years: the Grand Strand offers a beautiful coastal lifestyle at an incredible value.

If you’ve never been to Myrtle Beach, come see for yourself why so many people fall in love with this area.

If you’re considering buying or investing anywhere along the Grand Strand, choose a full-time Realtor® who tracks the market daily, understands what’s driving it and has the sales volume to back that expertise.

As always, it would be my pleasure to assist.

Real estate pros reveal lesser-known coastal destinations with lower price points and lots of growth potential.

It's closing day! 🥂✨

Some... (really most) real estate stories are about much more than a closing.

When this wonderful couple reached out to me from Virginia, life had already thrown a few unexpected challenges their way. They were navigating circumstances they never planned for... including what had become a sticky home to sell situation.

One of the things I love most about this job, is that while we can’t always control what happens to us, we can choose how we respond.

Sometimes the right home... and the right people... show up at exactly the right time.

I’m incredibly grateful our paths crossed when they did and that I was able to help make their move to the Myrtle Beach area a little smoother.

Today, they officially have a place at the beach to call home and I could not be happier for them.

Congratulations to my buyers! Thank you for trusting me through such an important chapter.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling along the Grand Strand, I’d be honored to help make your next move a little easier, too.

Feeling lucky because this Myrtle Beach home just sold… OFF MARKET🍀

Meaning… it never even made it to Zillow.

Click through to see why this one didn’t last 👀

A few highlights:
• Private double-gated resort
• Minutes to the beach (because living here means actually going)
• Modern finishes with a clean, elevated feel
• Huge pool + outdoor space made for coffee mornings and Happy Hour evenings

Homes like this trade quietly behind the scenes more often than you’d think.

This house with these finishes at this price?! I’m obsessed.

Comment “429” & I’ll send you the complete listing details!

Our MLS just announced that Realtors now get 99 photos per listing (we used to get 40 😅) and it came at the perfect time… because baby, this house deserves all the shots.

My favorite part is the effortless indoor/outdoor living overlooking the incredible backyard + pool, set directly on the Intracoastal Waterway 💫

And of course the timeless custom kitchen… equally parts stunning and thoughtfully functional.

Close to all that Carolina Forest has to offer: shopping, dining, top schools

And only 12 minutes to the beach 🌊
