The 2026 HG Summer Internship Program is officially underway. 🎉

We recently welcomed 30 interns to our New York corporate office to kick off a 10-week program built around meaningful work, mentorship, and hands-on learning from day one.

This year's class will support property management and corporate business teams across the country before wrapping up the summer with capstone presentations to senior leadership.

We’re excited to be part of their journey and look forward to all they’ll accomplish.

The Oak Hill Apartments team has called Macomb County, MI home for years, and they mean it.

Each year, the team volunteers to clean up a half mile stretch of road through the Macomb County Adopt-A-Road program.

No fanfare, just people who take pride in where they work and the neighborhood around them.

Our Business Financial Services team plays a critical role across HGMC’s diverse portfolio, delivering accurate and timely budgeting, accounts receivable, receivership, and commercial and mixed asset lease administration support. They’re the steady force behind the numbers, keeping our operations organized, compliant, and on track.

Their precision behind the scenes makes everything in front of it possible.

We also want to recognize Alex Vaught, who has been promoted to the IT department as HGMC's Data & Analytics – AI Solutions Lead. Alex will continue supporting HGMC with budgets this year as he steps into this new chapter, a great example of the kind of growth that happens across this organization.
