As we wrap up Service Team Appreciation Month, we want to give one final — but certainly not least — shoutout to our outstanding Service Technician, Chuck! 🎉

Chuck is an important part of what keeps our communities running smoothly, and we are grateful for his hard work and positive attitude each and every day.

A little about Chuck: When he’s not tackling projects around the community, he enjoys cooking, racing cars, building things, and taking on new hands-on projects, and spending time with his daughter. He’s also a proud Dallas Cowboys fan who loves staying busy and creating something new whenever he gets the chance.

We’re proud to partner with Samaritan House for our “Stock the Shelves” Donation Drive benefiting local families and individuals in need throughout Hampton Roads. From toiletries and cleaning supplies to blankets and household essentials, every donation helps create comfort and support for our community.

📍 Donations can be dropped off at the Leasing Office through June 18
🛍 Please donate only new/unopened items for health and safety reasons.

Together, small acts of kindness can make a big impact. Thank you for helping us give back!
