This is the part of my job I love… and the part I hate.

I love telling my sellers their home is under contract in just 2 days.
I hate calling the agents whose buyers didn’t get the house.

We had several wonderful offers and great buyers. I truly wish I had three more homes just like this one so each of those families could realize the American dream of homeownership.

The open house scheduled for tomorrow is now cancelled. Thank you to everyone who came out to see the home.

Homes that are well prepared and well priced are still moving quickly in today’s market.
