USCIS has officially reached the FY 2026 H-1B regular cap and Master's cap. While new cap-subject H-1B petitions are no longer being accepted, USCIS will continue processing cap-exempt petitions, including extensions, employer changes, amendments, and concurrent H-1B employment.
