🎃👻 A little Halloween sweetness is headed your way! 🍬🧡

These spooky-cute candy jars are getting ready to go out to my amazing clients throughout the surrounding areas! 🏡🍫 Just a little way to say thank you for trusting me to be part of your real estate journey.

And because Halloween treats are even sweeter with a little extra surprise… 👀🎯 Some lucky clients will find a Target gift card tucked into their goodies, too! 🎁

I’m so thankful for the wonderful people I get to work with and love finding little ways to give back to the people who make this job so special. 🧡

Keep an eye out… your Halloween treat might be on its way! 🕸️🍬

5.375% VA ASSUMABLE RATE!!!
On the market and ready for it's new owners! This was one of my favorite videos to film, and I even lost/sacrificed a shoe to the to***co fields! So someone come buy this house so I can buy a new pair of shoes!

2022
4 Bedroom
3 Bathrooms
2433 Square feet

Only 10 Minutes from downtown Swansboro.

We staged the house.
We staged the video.
The cocktails? We wish those were very much REAL. 🍸😂

Because it’s Halloween, and apparently listing a house wasn’t dramatic enough on its own. 🎃

But here’s what isn’t a trick:

✨ Fresh new paint
✨ A split-bedroom floor plan for extra privacy
✨ A functional layout that works for everyday life
✨ A home that’s ready for its next chapter

We added a little spooky-season chaos to the video, but there’s nothing scary about this one. 👻

Well… unless you’re a buyer who waits too long and watches someone else snag it. 😉

📍 815 Tuscarora Trail

Come see it before it disappears.

And in the meantime… raise your glass, because apparently this is what happens when your Realtor gets handed a cocktail and a camera. 🍸🥂

Drink to that. 🎃

Yes... you read that correctly.

This home just had a PRICE REDUCTION—but here's the part that REALLY deserves your attention...

💰 The seller currently has a 3.25% interest rate that may be assumable by a qualified buyer!

In today's market, that's the kind of number that makes you stop scrolling and start asking questions. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

And the house itself? There's plenty to love.

Basically, it's your opportunity to say...

"I lived here before it was cool." 😎

But let's get back to that rate...
