Market real talk 📉

Pending sales dropped 9% vs. last year for the week ending Sept 25, and 42.5% of active listings took a price cut.

Here's what that looked like for my buyers this fall:
🔑 One got under contract way under list
🔑 One got it right at list
🔑 One snagged a hot property off-market, a little over list, before it ever hit multiple offers

Rates are still high, but fall is a great time to buy. There's less competition, sellers are more willing to negotiate, and you can always refinance later. You can't go back and renegotiate the price.
