Proud to be part of the Relay for Life Team of CCU!

On behalf of the Relay For Life team of Coastal Carolina University, I wanted to sincerely thank you for supporting our event this past Saturday. After several months of fundraising and support from local sponsors like Pearce Law Group, CCU was able to raise a record-breaking amount of over $168,000 for the American Cancer Society. Without your help and generous sponsorship, we would not be able to have such a successful event, so we truly appreciate your support. We are looking forward to working with you in the future!

Our firm won a hearing this week against a pro se litigant whose briefs were obviously created by AI. All AI legal conclusions submitted were wrong due to amended statutes and recent case law!

A lawsuit was filed against OpenAI, asserting that ChatGPT gave legal advice that instigated legal problems. A possible landmark case. An AI Insider analysis and scoop.

We at the Pearce Law Group, P.C. would like to thank Charles B. Jordan, Jr., for his years of service and dedication to not only our firm, but to the practice of law. Charlie will be retiring on December 31st. While we are extremely happy for him and wish him well in his new endeavors, we will truly miss his presence around the office. There are truly not enough words to express our gratitude.
