I want to say this with love, because it matters.

A village is not just one person holding everything together.

It’s not one person:
• posting
• organizing
• creating
• pouring
• responding
• carrying the emotional weight

while everyone else just watches or taps in when it’s convenient.

👉🏾 A village is interactive.

That means:
• communication
• participation
• accountability
• presence

It means when something is shared, we engage.
When something is needed, we respond.
When something is built, we contribute.

Not just consume.

Because without that…

it’s not a village.

It’s one person pouring into a space that doesn’t pour back.

And that’s not sustainable.
