Not every stage happens in a vacant home. For this Mequon property, the Sellers were still living in the space, so our approach focused on creating a balance between everyday functionality and a clean, market-ready presentation.
By layering in select furniture and thoughtfully curated accessories alongside the Sellers’ existing pieces, we helped simplify, de-personalize, and create a more cohesive feel, without 100% disrupting daily life. 🙌 The goal was to make the home easy for Buyers to understand during showings and open houses, while still allowing it to feel natural for the Sellers who needed to stay in the space.
