Some people wait for a house. This family waited for a floorplan. They had their heart set on the De Young Icon 210, one of the most requested homes we build, and they waited years for the right homesite to build it on at The Landing. The part that still gets us, her sister and brother-in-law moved into a De Young home a few doors down. Same community, same season of life, on purpose.

Saturday, September 12, the Final Phase at De Young Summit at The Preserve opens.

There are only 19 homesites in this entire community, and not one of them has a neighbor directly behind it. What you get instead is rolling hills, oak trees, and Millerton Lake off in the distance. Phase 1 is nearly sold out, with a few premium homesites still available.

In this video Ashley walks homesite 122, over 11,000 square feet, with one of the most unique views on the property. Every home here is Icon Series, 2,042 to 3,627 square feet, single or two story, personalized inside and out in our exclusive De Young Design Studio.

Over 200 families are already on the VIP list, which is more than the number of homesites we have. Appointments on September 12 are being scheduled in the order they come in, from 11 AM to 4 PM.

When this Final Phase is complete, Summit is complete. This is your last chance to own a De Young home at Summit at The Preserve.
