If Summit at The Preserve has been on your radar, this week’s Heart and Home podcast episode is worth watching.

All three De Young siblings toured the Icon 320, our largest floorplan at around 3,600 square feet, now open for self-guided tours and appointments with the team. The home is personalized throughout, from the chef-inspired kitchen with its curved island and full quartz backsplash, to the double-sided electric fireplace in the flex room, to the primary suite that tends to be the moment people go quiet mid-tour.

Phase 1 at Summit is now over 66% sold. There are only 19 homesites total in this entire community, and the Final Phase is coming soon.

We're hiring one New Home Specialist, and we mean one.

You'd represent two of our most loved communities, Sereno at Tesoro Viejo and Summit at The Preserve. One community is connected, vibrant, and growing. The other is private, elevated, and gated with panoramic views. Both are full of families making the biggest decision of their lives, and they'd be making it with you.

This role is about people first. You'd walk alongside each family from their first visit to the day they get their keys, helping them feel confident about one of the most important decisions they'll ever make. You'll need a California real estate license and a real heart for taking care of customers.

Total compensation runs $70k to $110k+, plus health benefits, 401k, and paid time off. We're a third generation, family owned builder, voted a Best Company to Work For more than once. We're a family building for families, and we don't say that lightly.
