Congratulations to Jana Wiley and Realty World Advantage for closing this sale on Friday!
Man, was this one a toughy! Buyer was deployed through the whole transaction which required a Power of Attorney to take over the transaction on their behalf. And a seller that needed the home sold as quickly as possible!
Thank you to the buyer's team for working to diligently to switch up the original plan to what was necessary. And Thank You to Jana for being the amazing agent you are and getting us to the closing table.
