As President-Elect of the State of Georgia’s Young Lawyers Division, Virginia recently had the opportunity to support this year’s 2026 Signature Fundraiser benefiting Middle Georgia Justice.

Middle Georgia Justice is a nonprofit providing free civil legal aid to low-income individuals in Bibb, Houston, Peach, Crawford, Monroe, Jones, and Twiggs Counties. They offer direct representation and self-help assistance, focusing on family law, probate, and criminal record restriction to bridge the justice gap.

Proceeds of this fundraiser will support our neighbors who need help. It is always great to support legal access for everyone, and especially enjoyable to see colleagues across the legal community.

Events like these are a great opportunity to build relationships, share perspectives, and stay engaged with the profession beyond the day-to-day work.

Grateful to be part of a community that continues to learn, grow, and support one another. ⚖️
