Meet Joe A. Howe, a partner in Martin Snow’s litigation section with extensive experience representing clients across a wide range of complex matters.

Joe’s practice includes personal injury and wrongful death litigation, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, motor vehicle and tractor-trailer collisions, premises liability, insurance defense, and insurance coverage disputes.

In addition to his litigation practice, Joe is a certified mediator and arbitrator through the Georgia Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is also a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and serves on the panel of mediators at Adams ADR.

Joe earned his B.B.A. from the University of Georgia and his J.D., cm laude, from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he served on the Mercer Law Review.
