Congratulations to Eddie Dennis and our team at Lederer and Nojima, LLP for his recent $1.7 million dollar verdict on behalf of our client Edward Harry against self- described fashion icon and NBA superfan James Goldstein for a 10 foot fall off of a platform which was unpermitted and had no guard rails. The fall happened at the famous Lautner designed "Big Lebowsky House" - famous for its role in that iconic movie. This was the 2nd trial of this case - the 1st we lost but won on appeal and justice was finally served 8 years after the fall. The defense offer was $160,000 just before closing argument. This was Eddie's 3rd trial with us and he has exceeded the defendant's policy limits on 2 of them and the last offer by 11x on the other. So proud of our team and so happy for Mr. Harry who finally was heard, believed and compensated for his life changing injuries.
