Richard Carroll attended Dartmouth College and received a B.A. in 1976. He graduated from Pepperdine Law School in 1984. Richard spent the early part of his career handling criminal matters but in 1986 began full time civil practice. Mr. Carroll was a founding member of Carroll, Kelly, and Trotter in 1994 and zealously represented the defense of a variety of professionals for 39 years.
