One of the most interesting conversations we've had on the podcast lately started with a simple question:
What if your low interest rate is actually holding you back?
Before you come for me in the comments... I'm not saying a 3% mortgage isn't valuable. It absolutely is.
But I've met homeowners who have outgrown their house, their commute, their neighborhood, or even their city and they're staying put for one reason:
"I can't give up my interest rate."
Meanwhile, life keeps happening.
New jobs.
Growing families.
Divorce.
Retirement.
Fresh starts.
A mortgage rate is a financial tool. It shouldn't become a life sentence.
The goal was never to get the lowest rate possible and then never move again.
The goal was to build a life you love.
So I'm curious...
If your current home no longer fit your lifestyle, would you stay for the 3% rate or make the move anyway?
π Let's hear it.
