OMG. IT’S LIVE. 🥹💚

After what feels like approximately 847 years of working on this thing… the new tanyabarrans.com is officially LIVE.
And this website is so much more than a real estate website.

One of my absolute favorite parts is Rooted.

I wanted to create something that actually feels like the places I live, work and spend my life in. Not just market stats and houses for sale, but the coffee shops I love, the parks worth exploring, the places I actually go, and the little things that make each of our communities feel like home.

So I built guides. Lots of them. 😂

Coffee. Parks. Local favorites. Things to do. And there is SO much more coming.

Over the next few days I’m going to show you some of my favorite parts of the site because there are way too many little details, interactive pieces and hidden gems to cram into one post.

But for now… GO LOOK.

Okay but… are you guys excited for the new website yet?! 😂👀

Because THIS is the kind of stuff I’m excited to share more of.

My favorite local spots, hidden gems, things to do, places I love, community events… and apparently Italian restaurants whose names I cannot remember.

I’ve said it before, but I really didn’t want to make just another boring real estate website. I want it to be somewhere you can actually find useful stuff about the places we live, things happening around us, AND yes… houses too.

We are getting SO CLOSE and I seriously cannot wait for you guys to see it!!

HAPPY 40TH BIRTHDAY TO MY GIRL Megan Sethia!!! 🎉🥳💗

If you know Megan, you know how much she pours into Renton, the Chamber, small businesses and especially women-owned businesses. She is constantly showing up, connecting people, supporting people and making our little business community better.

She also happens to be the BEST brand strategist and photographer. Seriously. If your branding needs help, your photos are 8 years old 😂, or your business just doesn't feel like YOU anymore ... go see Megan. She will make you shine!!

And obviously I had to post this picture because I turned our Chamber photo into an 80s version and LOOK AT HER. 😂🔥 Why did it absolutely nail her?! The outfit. The hair. The whole vibe. Honestly, Megan could probably pull this off tomorrow and none of us would question it. (we also decided we need to now do an 80s theme'd chamber event hahaha)

So everyone wish Megan a VERY HAPPY 40TH!!! 🥳
