As a professional, I have spent the majority of the last 25 years working in a variety of real estate disciplines. . As a result, I bring well-rounded knowledge and first rate customer care to each relationship. I have enjoyed working in land development, new home construction, custom homes, transaction management and commercial property management. During this time I have created a top-notch Customer Service program and marketing materials for new home construction and handled the accounting for a finish carpenter. I am tenacious when it comes to research and providing the best information for my clients; be it market information or a personalized marketing plan. I believe my experience coupled with my values helps build an atmosphere of integrity, trust, communication and value. My greatest desire in this business is to create long lasting relationships with my clients, fellow brokers, lenders and contractors. I work daily to help not only you, my client, but also to improve my knowledge of the Real Estate market and industry. I have been married to my husband Eric for well over 20 wonderful years. We have a daughter and son who are both in college. We enjoy weekend get-aways, long walks, wine tasting and meeting new people. Additionally, we are avid baseball and volleyball fans! We have lived in the Renton, Kent and Maple Valley areas for nearly 20 years.
