We're hiring an Intake Manager at Olson Personal Injury Lawyers in Golden, Colorado.

Intake is one of the most important roles in our firm. It’s the first voice people hear when they’re hurt, overwhelmed, and trying to figure out what to do next. The right person in this role doesn’t just take information—they build trust, exercise judgment, and help decide which cases we take and how we help people.

This is not a call-center job. It’s a decision-making role where attorneys rely on intake to identify strong cases and deliver an exceptional client experience from day one.

We’re a fast-growing plaintiff’s personal injury firm with a collaborative, professional culture. We care deeply about our clients, our work, and our people—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way.

What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of intake experience in a personal injury law firm
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment
• Comfort speaking with people during difficult moments
• Experience with Lead Docket and Filevine (preferred)
• Spanish fluency or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:
$30–$37/hour (depending on experience)
KPI-based bonus opportunities
Full benefits, PTO, and 401(k) with match
📍 Full-time, in-office position in Golden, Colorado
