Happy 15 years to us!🥳 1️⃣5️⃣ 🥳

Did you know only 1 in 4 businesses make it to their 15-year anniversary? We feel incredibly grateful to celebrate this milestone with our staff, clients, referral partners, business associates, and our friends & family. Every person who has walked through our doors, called us, trusted us with their case, or supported us along the way has played a role in where we are today—and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Back in 2011, Joe founded Lapham Law Firm without even having a professional office space. Like many entrepreneurs, he started in the basement of his family home. With two young sons (ages two and four) and the daily chaos of family life, every step forward was an investment in a bigger vision: creating a firm that truly cares, fights tirelessly for its clients, and isn’t afraid to take a case to trial when necessary. Just as important was building a life that balanced meaningful work with time for family. He knew one day he’d like to be able to coach his wild little boys! 🏠->🏢

Tara has been an integral part of the firm almost from the very beginning. As an attorney, she brings unwavering dedication, a client-first mindset, and the confidence to stand up to insurance companies—all while continuing to grow through ongoing learning and professional development. Tara stays at the forefront of emerging technology and systems, helping position our firm as a leader in the industry. 🤓

Our incredible team is rounded out by our Case Managers and Relationship Director—Angela, Laura, Kate, and Gretchen. Their commitment, organization, and compassion are the backbone of what we do. At the heart of our work are PEOPLE—often navigating one of the most difficult moments of their lives. Every call, text, and email is an opportunity to provide reassurance, clarity, and support when it matters most. 🤗

Lastly, our Office Manager, Loki, brings the positivity and the cuteness to the firm. We bring the treats!🐾

A BIG Happy Birthday to our wonderful Case Manager, Kate! 🎂 She is empathetic, caring and funny. She adores helping all of our clients and making relationships with our partners. 🥰

She loves her family fiercely and even all 3 of her Frenchies. 🐾🐾🐾 She puts up with basketball 🏀 as the beloved sport of her husband and children. She loves to read 📖and can burn through a book in no time.

14 years ago Joe Lapham left the comfortable to start a personal injury firm that strives to treat people like humans going through a frustrating and confusing time period.

His goal was to offer legal help with empathy, compassion, a wealth of knowledge and a fighting spirit. After all these years, Lapham Law Firm has helped numerous people receive the settlements they deserve💰, have lawyers fight their case in a courtroom ⚖️and serve our communities in heartfelt ways. ❤️
