Over the years David has won numerous real estate awards from his former brokerages, including Total Units Sold, Listing Volume Sold, Closed Volume Sold, Excellence in Training, and Top Ten Individual awards. He also was honored wi

th the prestigious Eagle Award that recognizes the agent exhibiting an exemplary attitude and high level of leadership. Twice he was nominated Realtor of the Year by the Williamson County Association of Realtors, and is a five-time winner of the Five Star Award in Texas Monthly. David strongly believes in giving back both to the real estate community and to the community at large. He has served on numerous committees of the Williamson County Association of Realtors and previously held the position of vice president of that organization. Twice he has served on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) task force for the Austin Board of Realtors. Additionally, he has served on the Agent Leadership Council and taught various real estate classes. Currently, David is serving as a Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County board president. Previously, he has served as a United Way of Williamson County board member, the president of the Round Rock Junior Chamber of Commerce, and a member of his church council. He enjoys reading, hiking, woodworking, and singing in the Central Texas Master Singers. He and his wife, Marianne Mulloy Durham, have been married since 1990 and have a wonderful son named Nathaniel. Marianne assists in his business and is a contract-to-close coordinator for another local realtor.
