Today we're introducing 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻, Managing Broker for ERA Fernandina Beach Realty.
Roger has been a top producing real estate professional in Nassau County since 2004. He continues to actively work with buyers and sellers while also helping lead and support our agents. A big part of his role is mentoring and training newer agents, helping them navigate transactions, build confidence and grow their careers. For Roger, seeing other agents succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

Giving back to the community has also been an important part of Roger's life over the years. He has served as both Treasurer and President of Micah's Place, volunteered with Hope House, coached youth sports, and was recognized as Volunteer of the Year at Southside Elementary School. He has also served as a youth advisor at First Presbyterian Church since 2004 and is perhaps best known to the youth as the “Pancake King,” hosting weekly pancake breakfasts at his home.

Outside of work and volunteering, Roger stays pretty busy. He enjoys traveling and just about anything that gets him out on the water. Never one to shy away from a challenge, he also completed the New York City Marathon last year.
And while Roger may not be a Fernandina Beach native, he likes to say he did the next best thing and married one. He and Dina have been married for 22 years and have two children, a daughter in college and a son in high school. Being there to support his family in whatever they're pursuing is always a priority.

We're proud to have Roger's experience, leadership and commitment to our community as part of ERA. Whether he's working with clients, helping an agent through a transaction or flipping pancakes for a house full of kids, Roger brings the same willingness to show up and help wherever he's needed. ❤️
