SVGW attorney Alex Garrett attended the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Southeast Bankruptcy workshop on Amelia Island this past week. 

Continuing education is an important part of providing effective legal representation, and this workshop offered valuable insights into recent developments, practical strategies, and best practices in bankruptcy law. Just as valuable were the opportunities to connect with colleagues, exchange ideas, and learn from the experiences of attorneys from across the country.

Alex Garrett joined other members of the bankruptcy bar, including IWIRC members, at Bankruptcy at the Beach this weekend.  Alex is Treasurer of the Alabama State Bar’s Bankruptcy Section and Alabama Director for the Gulf Coast Network of IWIRC.

Gulf Coast Network members attended the Alabama State Bar Bankruptcy Section’s Bankruptcy at the Beach seminar in Destin, Florida this weekend.
